Account Executive - SaaS Solutions

Enable our clients with their most important Asset Management business challenges – reduce risk and costs; increase performance

·      Develop and execute programs - drive pipeline, qualify & close deals

·      Positive, inspiring working atmosphere, strong investment in innovation 

·      Permanent, full time role – based at Wynyard, Sydney CBD

The role:

·      Work with the Head of Sales and a high performing team to enable clients with their business challenges – address and solve priority operational issues 

·      Drive sustainable growth in ANZ – in public and private sectors

·      Accelerate the implementation of a well-developed GTM strategy

What you will be doing:

·      Focus on target industries to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline, qualify & close deals

·      Create a net new qualified pipeline for significant B2B enterprise SaaS and Services deals

·      Educate target industries and accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals

·      Uncover and run sales cycles-based opportunities 

·      Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment

·      Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities

·      Drive successful conversion of sales opportunities into pilot proposals

·      Establish and nurture deep, long-term business relationships within key organisations

You will have:

·      Singular focus on delivering great customer outcomes

·      3-5 years general B2B sales experience - ideal

·      3+ years B2B tech sales environment experience – advantage 

·      Value selling and negotiating skills and tech savvy approach - essential

·      BANT or SaaS sales framework methodology – preferred

·      Demonstrated business acumen - entrepreneurial mindset

·      Advanced innovative thinking – solve the clients points of pain

·      Professional communication and presentation skills to senior audiences

Desirable skills and experience:

·      Start-up/high growth business development experience 

·      Enterprise software sales program experience

·      Senior network in any of CRE, Fed/State Government, major corporates or possible channel partners 

·      ISO 55000, Asset Management Maturity comprehension

·      Channel Partner & third-party engagement experience

·      Tertiary education to degree level
