Asset Management Planning

Asset Management Plans (AMPs) provide the roadmap for achieving value from physical assets by optimising cost, risk and performance across the asset lifecycle. Guided by the Asset Management Strategy and corporate intent, the AMP defines the implementation activities to achieve asset management objectives.

AMPs are recognised in ISO best practice standards, and are increasingly becoming a requirement for both State Government agencies and corporations, as they represent a level of maturity and focus in Asset Management and optimisation.
